Day 20 Bossano > Trans Canada 45 km north of Medicine Hat

Today I hope I made my godsons proud. I had a drive-in McDonald's on a bike! Yes I wore my coffee! But it was good! Highlights of the day were - A road kill - poor deer! A curve - at 65 km A train Lots of pylons and a head wind like you wouldn't believe (unless your Canadian) Fantastic sunshine but after 6 hours in the saddle I'd had enough! One more day before I take a break.

Congratulations on your inspirational journey from us all in Dry Doddington and Clare in Geneva. Aunty Eva has been following your journey avidly, (on paper printouts - computer literacy skills are in her 10 year plan). She has been mentally with you (on her electric scooter), imagining the distances, inclines and winds. Hope you got to meet up with your Mum. Well done to you Jo and team and thank you for all the blogs.

Was th is just a test to see if I was actually doing the challenge. Amazing what you can see from the back of a train!

Yeap. The Canadian Woolliams you have mentioned are distantly related to my husband. I think they emigrated in the 1890's. They are certainly on the family tree.
