Day 45 Ironwood > Trout Creek

Wednesday> Set out at 8am but within a km it was 9am no we are not that slow we had another time change. Only 5 hours between here and home. We are still travelling along the south shore of Lake superior. The hills are rolling and the forestry is beautiful. We get an occassional glimse of the Great Lake and there are several small ponds and streams along the way. We stopped for lunch at Bergland and then passed by a small ski resort. After a glorious day and 100 km we settled in for the night at a fabulous lake side fishing lodge. Jim delighted to find some sport instead of listerning to the girlie chat.

Just to let you know we are following your progress - we have had a brilliant Jubilee weekend - only the English would carry on dancing on the grass in the rain at our village party! Happy cycling, love the Dyases.
