Day 60 Montebello > Repentlgny

Monday – up early already roasting hot. Followed the river to Montreal. Very tricky route and had to change route as the hotel availability was getting increasingly difficult. I think the tent will have to be the way forward until Rob arrive next week. Managed to find a spot in Repentigny. The day was the hottest by far yet and after drenching myself with water several times I called it a day after 100km. A shame because the road surface was the best yet.
The Newarkers are on their way back to sunny Newark via Niagara and no doubt a few shops in Toronto.
They have made the time go quickly and the roads a lot easier I will miss them terribly but it’s the home stretch now!
